1. Installations- This shows you exactly where the installer have done installations, what equipment that use and what they have charged the previous customers.

2. Type of equipment- Is it right for your installation? what exactly are the guarantees? Age of manufacture?

3. Shade analysis- Shade and design can impact your installation.

4. Price negotiations- The best value for the energy/solar installation

Option 2- Collecting multiple bids and evaluating them using a RFP process

Issue and run a full Request for Proposal (RFP) with up to 5 bidders

Collect 3 bids and evaluate Request for Proposals (RFP)- Commercial, Indust

1. Number of installations- This shows you exactly where the installer has done installations, what equipment that use and what they have charged the previous customers so you know if you are getting a good deal

3. Shade analysis- Shade and design can impact your installation drastically

4. Bonding

Provide 2-3 page write up about the Proposal
