The project's owner, who initiated it amidst the pandemic, is prioritizing a meticulous approach by hiring a contractor and evaluating the team's capabilities. Their goal is to ensure the project's timely and cost-effective completion, with Solar Power San Diego offering comprehensive support throughout the entire endeavor. Additionally, the project benefits from being grandfathered into the NEM 2.0 program, as well as removing the requirement for Prevailing wages resulting in savings of over $150,000 for the owner.

Seven Oaks Community Center Energy Project- Independent Solar Advisors were hired to consult on the entire process of implementing a solar power system at the main building of a retirement community in Rancho Bernardo. Their responsibilities included designing the system, drafting a request for proposal, conducting site assessments, and providing guidance to the board of the retirement community in selecting the most suitable solar power installation provider. In essence, they served as consultants and project managers to ensure the successful implementation of solar power installation at the retirement community's main building. This allowed for the community to act in good faith with the residents knowing there was an expert on their side.
